The MotoChat and related services described in this policy may vary according to the mobile phone model, system version, software application version, mobile client and other factors you are using. The final products and services are subject to your use of MotoChat software and related services.

First, the basic function needs to collect and use information

(1) Registration and login

When you register an account or log in to MotoChat, you need to submit some necessary information to us: your mobile phone number, created user name, nickname, gender. After verifying the registration and agreeing to this policy and User Service Agreement, you will complete the account registration, and you will be able to use the functions of sending messages on the MotoChat platform. If you do not agree to authorize or refuse us access to the above information, you will not be able to enjoy the functions and services of the above registered user. During the registration process, it will help us to provide you with better service and experience if you provide the following additional information: profile picture, birthday. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic business functions of the Service.

(2) Browse and follow

As you browse the content of the MotoChat platform, you can follow the users you are interested in. To that end, We will collect your device information when you use MotoChat (including device model, operating system version, device Settings, IMEI/MEID/Android ID/IDFA/IDFV/OAID/MAC address /IMSI/ICCID/UDID/GUID, namely device identifier, device serial number, device environment, etc.). Second, additional functions need to collect and use information

(1) Additional functions of photo/video access and upload based on photo album (photo library/video library)

After the permission is enabled, you can upload your photos/pictures/videos using relevant functions to upload/change your profile picture, publish/share updates, communicate with customer service and provide certificates.

(2) Additional services based on microphone speech technology

After the microphone permission is enabled, you can use the microphone to connect audio and video to chat or record audio. During this process, we will collect your voice content. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable the microphone permission, we will only obtain voice messages through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the client.

(3) Customer service disputes and handling

When you contact us or file a complaint, appeal or consult with us, in order to protect your account and system security, we need you to provide the necessary personal information to verify your real user identity. For the convenience of contacting you, helping you solve the problem as soon as possible, or recording the solution and result of the relevant problem, we may save your communication, correspondence/call records and relevant contents (including account information, other information provided by you to prove relevant facts, or contact information left by you) with us. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide timely feedback to the complaint, appeal or consultation results.

4. Security guarantee

To ensure the safe operation of software and services, protect network security, prevent cyber crimes, identify your account anomalies, and anti-fraud purposes, We will collect your network access log information, user log information, device information, device location information (including IP address, GPS location, WLAN access point that can provide relevant information, Bluetooth and base station, namely sensor information), software version number, network access mode, type and status, carrier, SSID and BSSID, and network quality Data, software installation list, running process information, overall application running, overall installation usage, performance data, application sources, and other log information (details of time and frequency of use, device statistics, critical operation paths, error logs, crash records, language and time zone, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, Internet service provider (IS) P), reference/exit page, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data).

(5) Additional functions based on local storage

By enabling the local storage permission, you can download some text, pictures, videos and other content cache data to your mobile phone storage, and upload your local pictures, videos and other data to MotoChat through mobile phone storage.

Third, we may apply for access to the equipment

During the process of providing services, we may need to apply to you for permission to use some devices in order to collect the above information and implement the above functions. These rights are not enabled by default. They are used only with your express authorization to implement specific functions or services. You can also revoke your authorization. In particular, even if we obtain these sensitive permissions with your authorization, we will not collect your information when it is not needed by the relevant function or service. At the same time, please be aware that we will use third party SDKS for the functional and security needs of our business and products. You may also use H5 pages or small programs developed by third parties in the process of our products. These third parties may also apply for or use the permissions of relevant operating systems.

You may apply for and use the following operating system permissions:

Usage scenario and purpose: Allow App to read stored pictures, files and other contents, mainly used to help you publish information and other functions

Usage scenario and purpose: This function enables you to release audio and video information, broadcast live, and make voice calls

(1) Third-party account authorization

When you register or log in to the product through a third-party account, we will obtain the public information (including profile picture, nickname, gender and age) of the third-party account you use to log in, and bind the account to your product account. This is to remember your login identity as a MotoChat user in order to provide you with better quality products and/or services. We will only collect and use your personal information within the scope of your authorization and consent. If you do not agree to authorize or refuse us access to the above information, you will not be able to register or log in to the Product through a third-party account, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Product.

11. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Please be aware that if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information, which makes it impossible for the data receiver to re-identify specific individuals and recover them, then the use of such data after processing does not require further notice to you and your consent.

If we stop operating the products or services of MotoChat platform, we will promptly stop the activities of collecting your personal information, notify you of the notice of stopping operation by sending you one by one or announcing it, and delete or anonymize the personal information related to the closed business held by us.

2. How We Use Cookies and similar Technologies

Similar technologies such as cookies and device identification are commonly used on the Internet. When you use MotoChat and related services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and identify your access to and use of the Product information. We undertake not to use cookies for any purpose other than the purposes described in this policy. We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:

(1) Ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services

(3) Content security monitoring service providers: We may cooperate with specific content security monitoring service providers to mark and analyze illegal audio and video, and may share live stream information with these service providers.

4. How We Store Your Personal Information

(1) Place of storage

In order to provide services to users around the world, we operate globally. You hereby authorize us to transfer, store and use your data in any country or territory where we operate, including the following: Poland. To this end, we will ensure the security of your data, and the protection measures will not be lower than the protection standards of your host country.

(2) Storage period.

5. How Do We Protect Your Personal Information

1. We attach great importance to the security of your personal information, and strive to take all reasonable security measures (including technical and management) to ensure the security of your personal privacy information and prevent the personal privacy information provided by you from being improperly used or unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss or disclosure.

6. How shall We Handle Minors' Personal Information

MotoChat's products and services are aimed at adults. If you are a minor, it is recommended that you do not use our products and/or services. If you must use our products and/or services, you should read this policy with your guardian and ensure that you have obtained the consent of your guardian to use our services and provide us with your information.

If your guardian does not approve of your use of our services or provide us with information in accordance with this Policy, please immediately terminate your use of our Services and notify us in a timely manner.

In cases where personal information of minors is collected with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information when it is permitted by law, with the express consent of parents or guardians or necessary for the protection of minors.

If you are the guardian of a minor and have any questions regarding the personal information of a minor under your custody, please contact us through the contact information provided in Section 9 of this Policy, "How to Contact Us". We will protect the confidentiality and security of juvenile user information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and the provisions of this policy. 7. How Do You Manage Your Personal Information

We attach great importance to your management of personal information, and do our best to protect your rights to query, access, modify, delete, withdraw consent authorization, cancel account, complain and report, and set up privacy functions of your personal information, so that you have the ability to protect your privacy and information security.

(1) Change or withdraw the scope of authorization

3. Change or withdraw the information processing of authorization

Specific business functions and services will require your information to be completed. After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding functions and services and will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect our previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.

(2) Access, delete, correct/modify your personal information

For security and identity reasons, you may not be able to modify some of the information submitted at your discretion; If you really need to modify such information, please contact us through the contact information in Section 9 "How to Contact Us" of this policy. We will review the problem involved as soon as possible and reply to you in time after your user identity is verified by specially-assigned personnel.

3. Control the visibility of information

a. Enter the "blacklist" to control whether others can communicate with you and view your account content

b. Enter "Mobile phone Address Book Stealth" to control whether others discover you through the mobile phone address book

c. Enter "Show Distance" to control whether others can see the distance between you. After we assist you in deleting the information, we may not be able to immediately remove the information from the backup system due to applicable laws and security techniques. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be erased or anonymized.

3. Close your account

You can apply for cancellation of your account in the following ways:

Self-service application for cancellation: [Account and security] - [account cancellation] to apply. You can apply for deregister if you meet the conditions of MotoChat account deregister. MotoChat platform personnel can realize deregister after approval by the user. You know and understand that the act of canceling your account is irreversible, and we will delete your relevant information or anonymize you after you cancel your account, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

After you log out of the account, all the content you have posted will be posted anonymously. If you want to delete the content, please handle it by yourself before you log out.

The cancellation of an account does not mean that the actions and related responsibilities of the account before the cancellation are exempted or mitigated in any form.

(4) Constraint information system automatic decision-making

For some operational functions, it may only use non-human decision-making mechanisms including the Goat-manufacturing information system. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us to make an explanation, and we will also make a reasonable explanation on the premise of not infringing MotoChat's business secrets or other users' rights and interests, social public interests and national interests.

(5) Complaints and reports

You can make a complaint or report according to our published system. (6) Responding to your above request

When you make the above request, we may ask you to verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. If you refuse to provide relevant supporting materials, we will not be able to respond to your request.

Please understand that due to technical limitations, legal or regulatory requirements, we may not be able to meet all of your requests and we will respond to your requests within a reasonable period of time.

Under the following circumstances, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:

1. Those related to national security, national defense security and national interests;

2. those related to public safety, public health or major public interests;

3. Those related to criminal investigation, prosecution, filing, trial and execution of judgments;

4. Sufficient evidence shows that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

5. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals and organizations;

6. Trade secrets involved;

7. Other circumstances provided for by law.

In order to ensure that you can get better service and adapt to the platform business adjustment and future development, this policy will be updated with The Times. But in the process of updating.

We will obtain your authorization in a separate and obvious way, otherwise we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy currently in effect.
